Paying your Hearthstone Water bill online is easy, fast and secure. Visit our new bill payment site to pay your bill in 3 easy steps.
You can make a one-time payment without registering. All you need is your account number from your paper bill. 
eCheck payments are accepted online. Our eCheck payment service is free.
  • There are no convenience fees for eCheck payments.
  • The maximum payment amount accepted is $1,000. (The maximum payment amount does not apply to autopay customers.) If you need to make a payment of more than $1,000, please schedule multiple eCheck payments. For example, if you would like to make a payment of $1,200 using eCheck, schedule the first payment for $1,000 and the second payment for $200.
Credit card payments are accepted. 
  • There are no convenience fees for credit card payments for Lone Star Water Company customers.
  • For residential customers, there is a maximum of $750 per transaction. If you need to make a payment of more than $750, please use a different method of payment.
  • For commercial customers, there is a maximum of $15,000 per transaction. If you need to make a payment of more than $15,000, please use a different method of payment.

Pay by Phone
We are happy to provide our customers with an automated phone payment system. Call (844) 471-0056 to pay your bill by phone. You must have your account number to use this service.
eCheck and credit card payments are accepted by phone. Our eCheck payment service is free.
  • There are no convenience fees for eCheck payments.
  • The maximum payment amount accepted is $1,000. (The maximum payment amount does not apply to autopay customers.) If you need to make a payment of more than $1,000, please schedule multiple eCheck payments.   • Call our office at 623.219.4740 to determine if the service address is in our service area. If the address is in our service area, we will provide you with details of applicable initial service fees such as security deposits and Establishment Fees.
  • Complete this Service Agreement Form.
  • Submit payment of the initial service fees (security deposit and establishment fees, etc.). Payment can be made by calling 623.219.4740.
Upon receipt of the completed Service Agreement Form and payment of initial service fees, service will be established within five business days.

 Stop Service

Please follow the simple steps below to stop your service.
Please allow three business days from the date of submission for processing. Forms received during regular business hours will be considered received that day. Forms received after 4pm will be considered received the next business day.
